This 1971 Harley-Davidson FLH, original Paint motorcycle was purchased new in Denver Colorado in 1971 by an Air Force pilot stationed there. He parked his KHK and rode this bike with his new wife. The bike became too much for him when he got sick in 2003 and it was placed in storage. The bike appears to be original paint, original metal, and it is complete with sales brochures, manuals, and advertising. The bike now has a Clear California title and current registration. It has been cleaned, serviced, and tuned. With only 12,000 miles on the odometer, this fine machine is ready for a new home. This machine runs great, looks great, and is not leaking any oil!
11,814 shows on a working odometer.
Original white paint with few scratches and dings. It has polised polish out nicely. Check the pictures
Sheet metal is original in great condition. Minimal dings or dents.
Chrome will polish nicely. Minimal rust evident.
The bike was parked running. It has undergone a mechanical service which includes plugs, points, oil change and a new starter and battery. This bike really runs nice through the gears and starts easy by pushing the button!
Tires are not road worthy and would need changing to be a rider. Twin slim white walls on the front with chrome wire spoke rims. Rear tire is serviceable for now on a custom rim I cannot identify. Take a good look at the pictures.
