Overview

This 1957 BSA Tripson is a California scooter all the way. It has race history in the Fresno area of California. The current owner has enjoyed ownership for several years and it is time to move it on to a new caretaker! This fine machine was prepared and licensed for the road and is street legal. A “Tripson” is a 650 Triumph motor stuck into a BSA frame, California custom style. This is a twin-pipe machine with a Mikuni Carb. Ciriani front forks atop a 21-inch tire. A great looker and even better runner!

Unknown numbers of miles on this machine or the motor. The speedo is a Yamaha speedometer that does work.

What little paint on this machine is clean and properly done.

Excellent. No dings or dents. Customized where needed for a Calif. Racer.

Mechanical

Runs great, Starts right up with the correct technique. Very dependable, powerful, and quick. The transmission is smooth and quiet. Lucas comp mag.

Wheels & Tires

21 inch Yamaha hub assembly (hub, brakes, speedo drive) laced into an aluminum rim with a Cheng Shin 300 X 21 tire. Tire shows minimal wear or cracks.

Title

Correct CA title. Titled and registered as a 1957 BSA. Registered through 03/04/10.
