Norton Motorcycle International Isle of Man Vintage Racer
This motorcycle is an original Norton International made in 1950 after the success of the Norton International that ran the Isle of Man in 1949. This particular Norton Motorcycle was originally sold into New Zealand. This motorcycle is a M30 which is a 500 cc motorcycle. Documentation on this motorcycle show the 4 New Zealand owners and that the bike was brought into the Pacific Northwest in the early 1990′s by a Triumph Norton, dealer, racer by the name of Roy Burke. 3 bikes were brought in and this one went to a friend of his in the early 2000.The tank has recently been repainted. The bike is sold with a service manual and some other paperwork.
This machine is reported to be a one year only Manx street version of the International. It does have an overhead drive gear and it has the corect carb. Check the pictures and ask the questions!
