This 1914 Harley-Davidson Twin bike was purchased from the estate of a long time resident and collector in Ventura California. He owned this bike for many years (50 plus) and often rode it double with his lovely wife. He took great care of this machine and it is a fine runner. The bike was sold and moved to Seattle WA in the early 2003 and currently resides on display there. The machine is ready for any pre 16 ride with a little TLC. Note that it is complete with some great patina including a few paint blisters on the tank. This is a 1000cc twin cylinder with a 2 speed hub in the rear wheel. It is believed that this motorcycle was restored in the early 50’s.
This machine is available with a 1914 Rogers side car that is an original paint, original patina car. The side car is available as a separate item with or without the motorcycle.
Unknown. There is a period correct Speedo on the bike.
Excellent condition and great color. Correct striping and some wear marks.
Excellent with no dents or dings or scratches. Note blisters of paint on tank.
Bright and shiny chrome handle bars and correct nickel where appropriate.
Runs great and is very reliable. This machine fires on the first ignition kick every time. Currently needs some fresh gas.
Period correct clincher rims and tires. Stainless spokes with painted rim. Note the block pattern on the front tire!
Correct CA title, paperwork, and license.
This machine should rate as a 2+ because of the accessories. The NADA estimate of "very good or 2" would place the value at $36,000 and $62,000 if rated as a “1”.
