Overview

The 1970 Norton 750 Commando S was a very limited production bike. This bike is 98% original. I have never seen one with the original fiberglass tank and side covers. It was complete and running when found, but the tank had been rattle-canned painted. That paint has been removed by meticulous wet sanding to reveal the original colored gel coat. Road-ready with very few repo parts. Tank has been coated with Caswell sealant. The headlight halo ring has the original plastic nuts and the tail piece is the original metal silver flake fiberglass.

This bike runs great with over 300 miles since the restoration back to original. The motor was gone through by the previous owner and it starts and runs great.

Electrically sound with all lights working. Speedo and Tach are operable. Valves checked, wiring checked and now well-tuned.

I need to sell a bike to help buy a house. This Norton 750 S is rarer and in better shape than my other Norton, so this one goes!
