This 1965 Panhead bike was purchased in 2017 at the Mecum Las Vegas auction. This Harley Davidson FLH is first year Electra Glide with an electric start. When the bike arrived to the current owner, he was a bit disappointed with the amount of aftermarket, non-original parts. Being a bit of a purist, he painstakingly replaced everything that was not legitimate Harley Davidson and correct for the year bringing the bike up to its current condition. This Panhead Electra Glide is now 100 % Harley Davidson and correct. A lot of parts purchased were brand new old stock in the box like the seat cushions and windshield bag. All the chrome was redone by a quality shop and the saddlebags were all re- Gel coated. This bike lives indoors and is ready for the road.
