Overview
This 1974 BMW R 75-6 is an older restoration of a great motorcycle. This bike was completed by a knowledgeable builder in Oregon in 2000. This BMW motorcycle has less than 2000 miles on the restoration. The current owner has ridden it less than 500. The current owner rides 30,000 plus a year on modern machines and he is now reducing his vintage stock. The bike was stored in a dry climate hangar in Carson City NV but has been relocated to Costa Mesa to assist in the sale It has just received a good cleaning and polishing. It is serviced and ready for the road.
This BMW R 75-6 has a matching engine number and frame number. The frame tag is not on the bike.
This great motorcycle is roadworthy and ready for a new owner.

Less than 2000 on the engine build and restoration
Paint
Older re-paint, completed with good product and technically proficient application. Frame may be original paint.
The paint was jusyt cleaned and polished. No known scratches or deficits. Looks Great!
Sheet Metal
Sheet metal is in excellent condition and well fit. No dings or dents noticed.
Chrome
Original chrome in great shape and will take a good polishing
Mechanical
This motorcycle is in outstanding mechanical condition. There are less than 2000 miles on the rebuilt engine. The bike fires right up and is smooth through the gears. Engine was built by a knowledgeable Classic BMW motorcycle mechanic in Oregon in 2008. The bike was recently serviced and runs extremely well. This bike has a new battery and is ready for the road.
Wheels & Tires
Rims are aluminum with stainless spokes and nipples.
Front Tire is Bridgestone 90/90 19MC with good tread
