Overview
This is a 1941 Indian Scout 741 Motorcycle, built as a Bobber. It has a 45-inch engine with Bonneville specifications. The carburetor is built to Bonneville specs also. This Indian Scout motorcycle was built for a museum in Sturgis and it was never run. The motorcycle is an Indian matching number machine. It has been revisited by an experienced Indian mechanic and it is now a great running machine. Basically a newly built engine, and running gear, this motorcycle is ready for the road and a good break-in period.

Paint is over 25 years old and shows some sign of museum and storage duty. It has polished up well but is not perfect.

Mechanical
This motorcycle is in excellent mechanical condition. Built for a life in a museum, it was never run. The motorcycle recently went through a top-end rebuild and tuning and is now ready for the road with the correct break-in.
