Overview

This 1955 BSA Goldstar 500cc Scrambler is a dependable California machine. The current owner has enjoyed ownership for several years and it is time to move it on to a new caretaker! This bike was prepared to run and it has served the owner very well for many years. He rides at will and has completed many road runs throughout the West Coast without problems. The bike has been customized with a Ciriani front fork, Yamaha hub, and a custom seat. The original fork and wheel are available with the bike. This machine is a great looker and even better runner!

What little paint on this machine is clean and properly done.

Mechanical

Runs great, Starts right up with the correct technique. Very dependable, powerful, and quick. The transmission is smooth and quiet. Equipped with a mag/generator.

Wheels & Tires

Front: 21 inch Yamaha hub assembly (hub, brakes, speedo drive) laced into an aluminum rim with a Cheng Shin 300 X 21 tire. Tire shows minimal wear or cracks. Rear: Cheng Shin 4.50 X 18 inch appears new

Correct CA title. Titled and registered as a 1955 BSA.
